Purpose

This is your shortcut to quickly getting started with process automation or AI agents using no-code/low-code tools.

In the workshop, we help you create tangible results with automations right away. After an introduction, we help you identify 2-3 manual processes that can be accelerated or improved with AI. We then build the first automations as reference cases in a very hands-on way, and document the measurable impact in terms of, for example, time savings, quality or reduced risk.

Participants gain hands-on experience with AI-based process automation (RPA), insight into the tools, and a clear starting point for scaling automation across the organisation after the workshop.

Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is targeted at 5–10 key employees who work closely with day-to-day manual processes and have a natural interest in process automation.

It is especially relevant for teams and departments that want to translate automation from theory into practice, achieve quick results and secure ownership within the organisation through employees' own cases.

Format & duration

Choose between:

• A 1-day intensive workshop
• 2 days if the processes are complex or require extra implementation, integration or training

Prerequisite: access to relevant systems/test data as well as a process owner per case.

The workshop can be booked as:

• 1-day workshop: DKK 48,000
• Extended to 2 days: DKK 68,000 (for greater introduction needs or more complex automations)
• Add-on 1: BotTellMe review of further automated processes before go-live: price by agreement
• Add-on 2: support package for effective employee assistance after the workshop, as needed

Prices are excl. VAT. We begin the collaboration with a kick-off meeting where we review your needs and experience, and use this to adjust the workshop. Our goal is to hit your requirements as precisely as possible. Extra needs for preparation or travel/accommodation may affect the price.

Brian Søgaard is an AI expert and senior advisor with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, business and organisational development. As founder of BotTellMe, he has worked on major transformation projects as well as board and leadership advisory. His main focus areas are generative AI, business development, leadership and realising measurable impact.

• Preparation: kick-off meeting + 1–2 interviews + possible setup of a technical environment in your infrastructure to be used during the workshop
