Purpose

This workshop gives your organisation a concrete starting point for turning AI from idea into action. In one day (or two half-days), our AI expert and facilitator helps create a shared direction, identify the most promising, high-ROI use cases, and decide on a minimum of governance, so you can start a pilot project quickly, safely and with measurable impact.

Participants in this workshop agree on a clear, targeted plan that can easily be executed afterwards. Our experience shows that such a workshop helps ensure both shared understanding and broad buy-in, which is important for a good foundation for the first AI projects.

Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is targeted at 5–10 key employees who work closely with day-to-day manual processes and have a natural interest in process automation.

It is especially relevant for teams and departments that want to translate automation from theory into practice, achieve quick results and secure ownership within the organisation through employees' own cases.

Format & duration

The workshop is held either as one full day or over two half-days. Onsite/in-person is clearly preferable, but a virtual meeting will also work if that is the only option.

Before the workshop, we hold preparatory interviews (30–45 min) with 2–3 key people.

We recommend supplementing the workshop with "Execution Support" from BotTellMe. This lets you bring in an experienced AI advisor for ongoing support, sparring or implementation throughout the pilot project to ensure progress, resolve challenges along the way and maintain momentum.

Prices are excl. VAT. We begin the collaboration with a kick-off meeting where we review your needs and experience, and use this to adjust the workshop. Our goal is to hit your requirements as precisely as possible. Extra needs for preparation or travel/accommodation may affect the price.

Brian Søgaard is an AI expert and senior advisor with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, business and organisational development. As founder of BotTellMe, he has worked on major transformation projects as well as board and leadership advisory. His main focus areas are generative AI, business development, leadership and realising measurable impact.
