The Challenge

Organizations increasingly invest in agile consultants to support ongoing improvement efforts—but not all advisory needs require a physical consultant. Many recurring questions, team-level challenges, and framework clarifications can be addressed without live consultancy, yet they continue to consume time and budget.

Virtual Ugilic was developed in collaboration with the agile consultancy Ugilic to provide a scalable solution for micro-consulting – addressing everyday agile challenges where traditional consulting may not be accessible or necessary.

The aim is not to replace in-person consulting, but to extend agile advisory by offering instant, high-quality guidance on everything from foundational practices to complex, context-specific issues. It bridges the gap between no support and full-scale consulting, making it easier to get timely help when you “just need a quick expert opinion.”
