Virtual Ugilic was developed in collaboration with the agile consultancy Ugilic to provide a scalable solution for micro-consulting – addressing everyday agile challenges where traditional consulting may not be accessible or necessary.

The aim is not to replace in-person consulting, but to extend agile advisory by offering instant, high-quality guidance on everything from foundational practices to complex, context-specific issues. It bridges the gap between no support and full-scale consulting, making it easier to get timely help when you "just need a quick expert opinion."

Key business challenges included:

• Ensuring consistent advisory support outside traditional consulting hours

Virtual Ugilic is a custom-built AI chatbot designed to reflect proven agile practices and advisory approaches. The solution includes:

• Training based on agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and others
• Integration of real-world experiences from agile transformation projects across multiple industries
• A personality designed to reflect pragmatic, transparent, and experience-driven consulting behavior
• Coverage of topics including retrospectives, team roles, leadership, product development, and facilitation
• Ongoing refinement based on user feedback and real usage patterns

Since its launch in May 2023, Virtual Ugilic has delivered:

• 420 coaching sessions
• Over 2,000 exchanged messages
• A total of 3,150 minutes (equivalent to 52.5 hours) of free agile advisory
• Frequent topics include Scrum roles, refinement, retrospectives, and user stories
