How it started
BotTellMe’s Journey: From Innovation to Impact
BotTellMe’s story began with a vision to combine technical expertise, business development, and leadership experience to create impactful AI solutions for visionary organization. The foundation was laid in 2001 when our founder, Brian Søgaard, implemented his first neural network for Bang & Olufsen, sparking his interest and expertise in AI and IT development.
After years of experience as a co-founder and senior advisor in Ugilic, the renowned Agile consulting company, Virtual Ugilic was created in 2023 as an experiment based on the hypothesis that a virtual consultant could be created. The positive validation of this hypothesis showcased AI’s potential, way beyond initial expectations. This experience sparked the idea of BotTellMe
Shortly after BotTellMe’s inception in April 2023, a team of experienced consultants was established, highlighting BotTellMe as a robust, experienced based organization.
Today, BotTellMe stands as a credible organization helping others navigate the AI landscape, built on a solid background of technical, leadership, and advisory expertise.
Meet the team behind BotTellMe
Brian Søgaard has been working in IT since 1995. He developed his first AI-based application for Bang & Olufsen in 2001. Since then, he has completed a technical education in system development and later an education in IT strategy and management at the IT University of Copenhagen. In 2014, he co-founded Ugilic, a consultancy company advising on, among other things, organizational development as well as IT and business development.
In March 2023, he also co-founded BotTellMe – a company that provides AI consulting and develops custom-designed AI solutions. With his solid technical background and an additional board education from 2022, he now advises teams, leaders, and boards on how they can use artificial intelligence as a strategic advantage and how to practically get started.
Søren Weiss has been building IT solutions since the late 1990s and is a prominent figure in the Danish IT world, known for his expertise in agile working methods. Søren has a background in well-renowned international consultancy firms. Since 2013, Søren has run his own consulting business, and in 2020, he co-founded the consultancy firm tryZone. Søren specializes in agile team and organizational development and has developed concepts that are now used as best practices. He has been responsible for leading companies and public authorities through complex transformations. Søren is a co-founder of BotTellMe, where he focuses on integrating AI into business strategies. Søren's career illustrates a continuous pursuit of innovation in both agile leadership, organizational development, and the application of AI in business.
Stefano Vincenti is a product manager and an external lecturer at the IT University of Copenhagen. For many years, Stefano has combined the latest technological knowledge with practical experience, helping to develop new products and implement digital transformations for large companies such as Novo Nordisk, Maersk, Pandora, Nexigroup, Ikea, and Saxobank. His involvement in Copenhagen Fintech Lab and work with artificial intelligence using OpenAI models since 2017 has given him a boost in applying GenAI models.
Stefano has insight into how generative AI and large language models (LLMs) can support your business. Stefano is a co-founder of BotTellMe, along with Brian and Søren. He is an inspiring leader who loves learning new technology, motivating innovation, and applying artificial intelligence in an ethical, and responsible way.
